A day like today June 1, 2010 I started the military service in the US Navy. It has been 4 years. I am now officially a civilian and very content and grateful for the opportunity and sacrifices made. It was all worth it. And I encourage any body to volunteer and serve in the Armed Forces. Thanks to those who were there for me and for always encouraging me to make the right choices like my father Felix Corona, Mercedes Coste de Corona, Loris Hernandez, David Hormaza, Victor Castro , Virgil Johnson Young, Chad White , Marlene Cacapit, Michael Blaine Fleming, Frank Corona and other shipmates and family. The list is long. God bless you all. I cant imagine no more rewarding a career. And any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, they can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction: I served in the United States Navy. (John F.
