A dear friend and spiritual mentor went to her Real Home today, the one that Jesus prepared for her. She was in a head on collision in Virginia Beach. Katherine Allen was the founder and director of Sought Out ministries. She was a person who had an incredible gift for illustrating Gods love and His redemptive power in relationships. Her influence in my life is evident in so many ways. She was always learning, reading and growing something new and loved to share that with me and anyone else who was interested. She was always available for free counseling when I was too broke to pay for someone. She planned the most meaningful weekend retreats and I remember how she would arrange the tables for tea...everything was beautiful and each item had significance. She blessed so many with that gift...helping you see your significance. She is dancing in the arms of her Savior now, she will be missed.
