A fabulous Friday is on the horizon. The birds are singing and the sun is peeking. Ah, spring, bring it on. Tonight from 6-8 pm is our Fermented Foods Class in the Palmer office. This class is full, but never fear~ we are planning to offer more. We will discuss the whys, the hows, and commence to stuffing jars with deliciousness to go! BIG NEWS~ on Wednesday at The Center Market in the Sears Mall we will have thriving, happy, and healthy tomato starts from Farm 779! Roma and cherry are the choices and well also be offering our signature plant food to help them become the monsters you dream about. Homegrown tomatoes in Alaska? YES!! Our office will be open today from 10-12 and again from 2:30-4:30. Stop by for coconut kefir, Ayurvedic fermented seasonal krauts, and rosemary magnesium body butter. It all goes very fast, so get there early! Well see you upstairs in the Koslosky Center in the *heart* of beautiful downtown.
