A fan asked me publicly how I write my music. Heres my answer: I usually write the lyrics to a song first, and then my husband composes the song based on the overall feeling that I want to convey through my music. We have brainstorming and jam sessions to work out how the various parts could potentially sound, and once we like it, full production begins. Everything is emotionally-based, and we need to be tuned in and centered in order to create something that truly fits the message were conveying to our audience. Im open to the idea of an interview, but I also talk about this process in my videos that are periodically published. I would need to know who is wanting an interview, why they want it, and the purpose of the interview.
