A few weeks ago, I received a link to an online version of this Russian Alien Race Book by Dante Santori, who together with a Ukrainian friend, translated it from Russian into English. I wasnt sure what to do with it and Im glad to have found that this German uploader was able to turn it into a video, together with an interview of Santori as the soundtrack, in which he describes the origins of this book. The book was said to be an ongoing compilation project by a few government agents in Eastern European countries, where they were to add details to the entries, as they were made aware of them. ET aficionados will recognize Annunaki, Pleiadians, Greys, Zeta Reticuli, Reptilians and even the newly-debuted Homo Capensis (called Cappella in this compendium) - but there are a whole mess of other guys, who few will have ever heard about or else will have conflated with one of the above.
