A few years ago my friend Paige told me she was depressed, she split with her partner, had no job and was asking if I had any work for her, I didnt but asked her what job she wanted, she told me she wanted to be a nurse. I said, Every-night when you go to bed imagine that you already have that job. Picture yourself in the uniform doing the job but most importantly believe it will happen. Within a couple of months she calls me. Rob guess what? You got a job as a nurse? Yeah! Im being taken in for training at The Good Hope hospital. I said, now apply that same technique to finding a partner. She did and has been with someone for over a year now. I forgot all about it until I was going for physio at the hospital recently and guess who came walking down the corridor? Yep, she was pushing a hospital bed, shes now working as an assistant in the trauma ward. Anyone can do this.
