A friend asked me Shannon, why are you such an open book? Why expose your company financial info like that? My answer is simple.... To help others. Far too often over the decades in my business journey do I go into research about a particular venture and run into roadblocks. Ill be looking for insight or numbers or guides to something... And time and time again I run into secretive people. Nobody ever wants to give up any info that can help. Folk always afraid youll compete or take $ away from them. So I can never learn anything needed to succeed. Im always left to figure it out on my own. Not me and Kassy. We dont roll like that. We give help. We give info. We are transparent with our business, its successes and failures. Hide for what??? If I have insight, Ill give it to you. I talk & counsel & help people weekly with their dreams & ideas. And if exposing myself to help, then so be it. Theres plenty of room for everyone. Lets work together! Grow together! No crabs in this barrel allowed. So thats why I post numbers. It just may help someone else who has the dream to start a business.
