A friend of mine shared this video and I just had to follow suit and share it as well. This concerns me. I feel that there are people in our society who are using their money, power (political hold) to push their personal agendas on destroying the American infrastructure. Call me crazy if you want. Call me a racist if you want. I feel that as a white American some people would say I have no place to comment because I dont understand. I dont understand what? I dont understand being labeled? I dont understand throwing on a hoodie and having people tense up because Im too close to them? I dont understand being on the lower half of the economic ladder? I could write the book on this shit. I get judged based on my appearance on a daily. Every where I go I cant escape it. I see the way people look at me. I hear what people say about me. Do you know what though? I dont give a shit. We should stop labeling people. Were Americans. Were Gods children. These are the only labels that matter. This man is not helping his children. Pray for them all. Pray for each other. Pray for me. I was raised to seek out the truth beyond what you are told. I was raised you look people in the eye the eye, be honest with them. Show people who you are. Thats my daily dose of reality.
