A funny negotiation scene from the little known Singaporean Hokkien movie, Singapore Xiao. In this scene, Mark Lee and Wang Lei are deputies to the head of the Singapore secret society, a man nick-named Singapore Xiao. They are settling a conflict between the heads of two small gangs. Xiao refers to 痟，or crazy.
