A good article from The Guardian about the provision of domestic violence support in England - in particular there are concerns about the commissioning of local support services which do not include refuge accommodation and the loss of experienced organisations who lose out in the tendering process. Provision is funded differently in Wales but there is a new bill currently being considered by the National Assembly for Wales that would change Wales approach to tackling domestic violence - make sure you have your say!
