A government spokesman must be an orator. This time round we have a dull one, unlike Alfred Mutua, he has very heavy kikuyu accent, and a bit too old to attract attention compared to his predicesor. Though I am pro this government, I do sometimes wonder what criteria they used to select people in certain positions. Take for example police spokes person and what they saw in her that the other one didnt have.
