A great day for CFTs scaled and Masters athletes today, three of the guys came in the top ten in Bray young Aaron just outside it in13th (being the lightest competitor @ 63kg and cleaning 85kg with ease) Karen also came 13th, Gail came 4th in the masters and Kari came 3rd in the biggest masters comp in Finland today also. Everyone PRd their cleans, some by up to 10kg and also PRd their 1K rows. This was either everyones first or second competition and everyone was in the top 4-5 in their heats and leading going into the final, which caught some of the guys on their chin-up capacity, with there being 36 chins and 36 deads in the final WOD. Tomorrow will see Dean, Steve, Sinead and Jess go into the RX for another long day of competition (12 hours today!)
