A great read...for most people however, the HIIT form of exercise is safest and most effective..thats "high intensity / interval training...fast, then slow, fast then slow...I was happy to see point 2 right near the bottom of the page, where it says Walk barefoot on the grass/earth/wet sandy beach...grounds you, earths you, allows the bulldup of electicity/like energy to discharge from our bodies, (positive ions?) Have been passing this info on to customers for years to help relieve stress, anxiety etc...Also, DEEP BREATHING...when stressed we shallow breath and get more stress....
