A great thank you note from one of our Cincinnati customers: I would like to share an experience I had today with one of your recycling collectors. During the pouring down rain, I was pulling in my empty trash cans into the garage, at the same time your driver picking up the recycling was going by. To my surprise, when I turned around, I saw your driver bringing my recycling bin towards my garage so I wouldnt have to run back out in the rain. It was a very kind gesture on his behalf and also a positive reflection of Rumpke as company to me. Thank You.
