A leading Group of hospital operating in Jeddah, Alex and Cairo is Seeking Hospital Operation Manager to join Alex Hospital Team-Job Description: - Responsible for the administration, direction and coordination of area Hospital & Centers assigned departmental activities for the purpose of attaining customer satisfaction and the objectives set forth by the Regional Director.- Consult with and advise Regional Director, Chiefs of Medical-Departments and corporate Department Heads of problem related to the operations of the assigned departments.- Consult with physicians, nurses and other medical professional and non-professional staff in developing, establishing and implementing operational plans, policies and procedures within the area Hospital & Centers in accordance with the generally acceptable professional ethics and within the framework of policies set out by the Regional Director, Chiefs of Medical Departments and Chief of Nursing.- Determines and recommends to the Chiefs of Medical Departments / Chief of Nursing the organizational structure, staff assignment, staffing requirement and operational procedures needed for administrative, non-professional and paramedical hospital functions.- Supervises immediate subordinates in their performance of assigned responsibilities, providing advice, assistance and guidance as necessary.- Review operational reports and statistical data for area Hospital & Centers on a continuing basis to help monitor assigned services operations.- Develops area Hospital & Centers internal operating procedures designated to achieve efficient hospital/department operation and maximum service to patients of the hospital.-Chairs and participates in the area Hospital & Centers committees and in the development of meeting Agendas as needed.- Maintains general liaison and communications with medical staff and all levels of supervision and staff, and with Corporate Department Heads when needed.- Regularly tours the area Hospital & Centers facilities and service areas to solicit feedback regarding performance of administrative staff.- Meets with members of community as required to promote good community relations.-Ensures customer service measurements through area Marketing Department questionnaires and surveys.- Keeps the area Hospital & Centers Medical Staff and Chief of Nursing aware of all matters that may affect the Outpatient / Inpatient Services.- Assist the area Hospital & Centers Chiefs of Medical Departments / Chief of Nursing in determining medical equipment needed for outpatient / inpatient services.-Participates in the planning, designing and monitoring of programs for continuing education and on-job training for the area Hospital & Centers administrative staff.- With the involvement of area Sales and Marketing Managers, plans for the development of new services and promotion of the public image of the hospital.- Works closely with the Chiefs of Medical Departments / Chief of Nursing to analyze and evaluate clinical aspects of care in order to improve quality of patient care and plan for better utilization of paramedical staff.- Maintains effective and professional working relationship with the Medical staff / Nursing staff and other patient care disciplines for the purpose of providing the best possible care for patients.-Skills- Master degree in medicine.- Minimum five (5) years of senior level experience in planning, directing and supervising the work staff who are performing variety of business –oriented administration functions.- Ability to demonstrate recent successful leadership experience in a complex hospital organization.- Knowledge of management theories and practices.-if you are interested please send your CV to Alljobs2015@gmail and mention the job title in the mail subject
