A leading IT Solutions company located in Qatar is seeking the following positions:- 1-Sales Executive Job Description • listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales; • Gathering market and customer information; • Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations; • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers; • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions; • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer; • Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders; • Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements; • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations; Job Requirements: 1- From 3 to 4 Years’ experience in field of software sales 2-IT back ground 3-Accounting background preferred 4-Excellent English skills written & oral. 2-Technical Support Job Description: 1-Develop procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases. 2- Ensure that external/internal regulations and policies governing data management are met. Including regulations concerning security, audit and privacy; 3- Troubleshoot application software and database problems on a timely basis; 4- Maintain liaison with business and technical staff and extended support organizations for Resolution of ERP and database problems; 5- Provide support to a broad range of database issues 6- Assist end-user development of ad-hoc queries of ERP data 7- Work with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement small applications in Support of regular business operations; document applications and provide cross-functional Training as needed; 8- Assist, analyze, plan and implement data conversion of existing data into new ERP system 9- Coordinate the design and testing of application/database system upgrades with users and Technical staff. 10- Prepare test plans and evaluate test results for application implementations, modifications or Upgrades.
