A leading Retail Store located in El khobar in KSA is seeking the following position:- Job Title: Store Manger Job Description: • Responsible for the overall performance of store across all measurements and delivering required store standards throughout to maintain the required brand standards according to the store with high Responsible for the overall performance of sense of urgency, high energy level , attention to details and philosophy of hands-on management. • Ensure understanding and compliance about the products and are in good condition and fit for the intended purpose. • Ensure that all Sales employees understand and demonstrate Customer Service Philosophy and make sure that all customers’ queries are fulfilled, daily, with a high sense of priority • Ensure about employees from all departments daily and monthly Appraisal and performances and training • Responsible for overall performance of store ,sales budget, profit budget and Identifying new sales opportunities • Comply with all Safety & Security procedures for both for both employees ,customers and store environment • Should have an inclination to monitor the local market and keep track of competitor position. • Should be constantly aware of market changes and be familiar with technology evolution and current need of the consumers. Job Requirements • Graduation B.S Commerce \ Business or Marketing Management • Years of Experience : min 4 years in Major Supermarkt at supervisory • Computer Skills : Computer literate • Language Skills : Read, Write and communicate using English language • A good understanding of total supply chain preferably with some product knowledge. • Good negotiating, commercial ,operational , administrative and management skills.
