A leading national NGO specialized in integrated community development seeks to fill the following short term assignments: 1-Food Processing Specialist (short term assignment/mid-level expert) Responsibilities: support Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and individuals on the establishment or development of businesses in the field of small-scale food production. This includes but not limited to, food processing and manufacturing, product development, design, packaging, marketing, and technical training. Minimum Requirements: -Â Â Minimum 5 years working experience in development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of small-scale food production. -Â Â Computer literacy -Â Â Effective communication and leading skills. -Â Â Ability to work with the local communities -Â Â Field work 2-Tourism Services Specialist (short term assignment/mid-level expert) Responsibilities: support Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and individuals on the establishment or development of tourism services in the following areas: accommodation and lodging, catering and food processing, handicrafts souvenirs, tourism marketing, technical training any other field related to tourism.
