A little bit about the views of CFUK, what we do and what we offer, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ….. Commando Fitness UK fully supports all local fitness businesses. For our growth, it is imperative that there are other fitness businesses out there. This helps us all by gaining access to more and more people as an industry and growing the industry. Also, it is beneficial to the community that there are more positive things in the area, such as successful gym, other bootcamps and circuit training classes. I think that the rapid growth of CFUK and all other local firms proves all this to be true. Of course, Commando Fitness isn’t for everyone. Some need more flexibility, some need less intense workouts. Some can’t exercise at all due to injury, some like to run more, some like to lift weights more. Some like yoga, pilates, Kickboxing, Boxing, the list is endless. When people come to us with these different needs, we always have and always will send people to other classes that offer different things than us. We run a fat loss course that offers extremely fast results. In return we ask for four weeks commitment to set days and times to train. This is due to monthly numbers of around 180 people and our desire to deliver top quality coaching by having no more than 40 people in each class. Once your 4 weeks are complete you can repeat the course, do less sessions per week, or stop. We call it “micro-managing” your training, as opposed to joining a gym on a 12 month contract etc. and our results are so fast sometimes 4 weeks is all you need, though many people do more. If that’s not for you then there are many alternatives out there, and with Commando Fitness UK having grown over 2000% in the last 15 months alone, despite the launch and growth of several other fitness firms in the area, I don’t think there is any doubt that having “competition” is a healthy thing. I will admit, it has been extremely disappointing for me that a good friend to whom I told all my plans, hopes and dreams for CFUK before it begun, opened up a very similar business, inboxed my FB friends to try and get business, and just this week used social media to attack me personally, the CFUK family, and the way we do things. That being said, it is a free country and CFUK will continue to send people there who can’t commit to us for whatever reason, and the CFUK train will keep on ploughing on relentlessly, helping thousands of people a year enjoy their training and getting them the results they deserve!
