A little clip from my workout today!! Dont mind my booty 1) squat pulses for 3 and then bring one leg back and touch the floor. 2) get on your knees and elbows bring one leg up and shoot it up towards the sky without moving any other part of your body, then bring your knee in and crunch 3) get on hands and knees, lift one leg up, then bring it to the outside, then back out and then tuck it in. 4) get into an elbow plank and lift one leg up in the air and tap your toe (I suck at this one) Make sure while doing this your core is tight and try not to move your hips too much!
