A little late jumping on the train here.... but Im saddened by the death of Joe Cocker just the other day. As a lot of us are want to do.... especially if we lived through that whole magical era of music ... an era blessed with so many, outstanding, creative musicians... many with pretty unique sounds and ideas.... we like to take sad occasions like these and clothe our minds and warm our souls re-living some of the gifts they gave us. Ill chose not one of his hits... and there were so many that were great.... but something a little more obscure, but not totally, that shows of his energy and raw, but melodic soulful wailing and rocking. His talent was many-fold, and one thing he sure could do was take somebody elses song and just give it this blast of tremendous electricity.
