A little late posting today, it has been a busy Monday! For those around here, we are gearing up for the Army Physical Fitness Test. We have been working toward the goal and now is not the time to just rest. Keep going on a lighter workout this week. Personally, I have have tailored my workouts back to about a 20 minute workout to still keep things moving the way they should, reminding my body/muscles it is still needed, but let my body recover from the demands placed on it before. Need a little help - just do 20 pushups, 20 situps, and run/walk for a mile. Thats about half of the normal PT test. Personally I did this and a little dumbbell work, everything last a total of 25 minutes this morning, including warm up and cool down! P.T.X. - Do Something, Never Quit, or Die Trying!
