A little worried I just left my brothers house to go home (I live literally around the corner) I got into my car and sat there for a min. when I noticed a younger white or Hispanic male (between the ages of 24-33 and possibly a drug abuser)..on a bike looking my way. I dont think he noticed I was in the car until I started it. Then he started acting suspicious. He rode up the driveway of a neighbor and started looking through their trash. So I slowly drove home (literally around the corner) trying to dial police. And parked when I saw him riding towards me. He pulled up to my car and asked me if I can any aluminum cans and I quickly said no, and didnt exit my car until he was further down the street. Reported this to Moreno Valley police...Super strange behavior considering he had no bag for cans. Not sure if this is the same guy that broke into my sister in laws car the other night!
