A long article but very interesting of a read. I have concerns with certain training styles, Im not here to bag anyone out but I have been down the athlete road and I have been a trainer in my field for over 9 years. I have seen the fads and I definitely see the risks being posed to clients on a daily basis. You can get results from not working to death and injury every workout but of course there is always a place for hard core workouts. If you ever feel unsafe during a workout stop, have a breather and start again. This is your body and a little education goes a long way as a consumer so protect yourself first. Theres my rant for the day, enjoy the read xx P.S. Im not saying Crossfit is bad, this is an article Im sharing and there are certain aspects of any training regime that are good, or are dangerous.
