A lot of people are asking what a FROZEN T-SHIRT CONTEST IS: Remember (THIS IS NOT A WET T-SHIRT CONTEST.) It is not similar at all; Rules for a Frozen T-shirt contest are as follows, you are given a XXLarge frozen solid t-shirt; you cannot wet the shirt in any fashion, you beat it on the ground and try to thaw it out; when you think you have it thawed enough you try to put it on over your clothes. It is a lot of fun for everyone, those in the contest and those watching you trying to beat your frozen t-shirt to death. Simple rules to follow. We hope to see everyone on July 7th, Parade is at 1pm.
