A lot of people remember and ask about Macy, the sweet older blind kitty who stayed with us while his owner went through a bad time. His mom, Angela, loved her 16 year old kitty and did volunteer work for us while Macy took over the reception area and made everybody fall in love with him. His mom was finally able to take him home, but before he left Angela graced our reception room with her beautiful art. Angela tragically passed away last week, at much too young an age. Sometimes it seems as if the most beautiful souls among us are the most fragile. She leaves behind her parents, siblings, daughters, and granddaughter, and Macy. A friend of hers is going to take Macy in and give him the loving home he deserves.
