A lot of people think that being pregnant is an excuse to stop going to the gym, or to go less often. I completely disagree. Being pregnant should be a MOTIVATOR. Being fit during pregnancy will help both yourself AND baby. Core strength and lower body strength is important for carrying the extra weight you will endure during the term, and is said that fit pregnancy will make the body more prepared to heal after baby is born. I want to help pregnant and post natal women get fit, and prepare them for the next part of their journey :)
