A man was shot and killed by a Prince George’s County Police officer early Saturday morning in Capitol Heights. Responding to a shot fired, two officers saw a man leaving the area on foot. They thought he was injured because he was hunched over, holding his stomach, police spokesperson Julie Parker says.
