A message from Anne Lindup. Please read: I have a very sad task today; I have just been informed of the passing of Larry Hinrichs in his sleep on Tuesday 16th July. He was someone who was so much a part of the Ball for many years, a dealer and Star Trek aficionado who became a friend and whose London tones still ring in my ears. From the bar in the early hours, amongst a crowd,“Alright Annie” to our avid Star Trek discussions in the dealers room talking about the very special pieces he had that no one else possessed, he was such a collector and fount of all knowledge. A character and a legend. who all the old Ball crew and the wider fraternity in Sci Fi loved and certainly missed when he took a career turn and decided that he would concentrate on other things which included converting his house into an art deco wonder.
