A mind blowing extra-ordinary initiative from an Assamese- INNOVATIONSB3... Biman Saikia: He is my friend, batchmate of Guwahati Don Bosco High School, 1999 batch... He hails from Mongoldoi (a small town around 100 km from the city of Guwahati). One of the most physically fit boys in our school: can run through the football field tirelessly, rounds after rounds... Doesnt speak much, dont remember any nuisance from him during those 5 years. He was poised to be nicely setlled, with a good job after his studies. Was working with a reputed company in Singapore... Nice job, nice salary... Future seemed very smooth for this boy, just like many of us, who, after studies, prefer to join MNCs and have a well settled life... But, he has left his job, gone back to his own town Mongolodoi to do something extraordinary in todays terms... He has opened a coaching organisation- InnovationsB3, in Mongoldoi... Why??? Why leave such a lucrative job and open a coaching organisation? A future so insecure and lustreless? Though I dont remember the exact words, the answer is obvious in the words of the man himself: Roopam, aasolote jetiya moi soru aasilo, tetiya Mongoldoi t amaak guide koriboloi kono naasil. Aami naajanisilo aagoloi goi jikono bhaal education loboloi kenekoi pohribo baa aagbahribo laage, kenekoi civil services baa beleg exam r kaarone prepare koribo laage. Moi bisaaro je Mongoldoi r present generation e aami powa sei obhaab khini napaaok. Teoloke bhaal guidance eta paaok jaate aami ji ji osubidha r kaarone bhaalkoi aag baahribo pora naasilo, seikhini osubidha aajir lora-sowaalikhiniye napaaok... Roopam actually when I was young, there was no one to guide us in Mongoldoi. We didnt know how to proceed towards good education, how to prepare well for the exams like civil services etc. I want that the present generation of Mongoldoi should not suffer because of these shortcomings and deficiencies which we had to face. They should get good guidance and education so that they dont have to face the hurdles which we had to face... I was speechless at this... Such love, such responsibilty to ones birthplace is rare now a days... Wish you all the success friend... may your initiative bring the desired fruits in tons and tons of truckloads...
