A musicians thoughts on potty training: The little pottys on which infants learn how to squat down and poop into something other than their diaper, come equipped these days with a selection of short songs (jingles) that play each time that a sensor in the potty detects a deposit. Even though our three-year-old considers these jingles to be the biggest allure of his mandatory bathroom sessions, I cant help but ponder how the people who made that music must feel. After all…they literally make shit music for a living.
