A new production by Bradley University Communication Professor, Dr. Bob Jacobs, will be airing on WTVP 47.1 on August 8, at 9 p.m. The new music documentary, Heritage Ensemble: Tearing Down Walls and Building Bridges of Understanding Through Music, highlights performances by the globally recognized Heritage Ensemble and includes interviews with the group’s founder and members. The documentary has been produced by Jacobs as part of Bradley University’s ongoing observance of the Civic Rights Act. An encore viewing will be presented on August 31 at 3 p.m., also on Peoria PBS station, WTVP 47.1.
