A note from the cat: Dearest Mother, pack your bags and return home immediately! The older male human has brought home what can only be described as the proverbial elephant in the living room! It is a large, grey, hyper beast and I do not like it in my territory! I have also come to the conclusion that the white Persian you refer to as your baby Chance, is quite possibly an imbecile, incapable of performing the simple task of obtaining a drink of water without nearly drowning himself. At times I question his species and suspect that he may be a dog in cats clothing. He prefers the company of the simple dog Herbie and can often be found hanging out with him. I told Chance that if he lies down with dogs he will get fleas and all.he does is.look at me with a simple, blank, grin on his face. ... Conditions are intolerable!
