A one pan meal that is all the flavors and smells of Fall. FALL PORK TENDERLOIN & APPLES Serves 8... Prep Time - 10 min Cook Time - 40 min Total Time - 1 hr INGREDIENTS: 2 pound extra lean pork tenderloin 1 tsp olive oil 3 tbsp pumpkin pie spice (divided) 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp pepper 1 tbsp. garlic powder 4 medium apples 2 tbsp butter INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Preheat oven to 350 2.In a large cast iron skillet (or another large skillet) heat the olive oil over medium heat 3.Season the pork tenderloin with 2 tbsp. pumpkin spice, salt, pepper & garlic powder 4.Sear all sides of the tenderloin in the skillet, it took me about 7-10 minutes 5.Slice apples in half and spoon out core & seeds 6.Divide butter among the apples placing it into the center holed out area 7.Sprinkle apples with remaining pumpkin spice 8.Place apples in cast iron skillet around the tenderloin 9.Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until pork is cooked through to desired doneness Notes Each serving (1/8th of the pork & 1/2 apple) is 5 WW+ points Nutritional Info Calories: 204 Total Fat: 6.3 g Saturated Fat: 2.9 g Trans Fat: 0.1 g Cholesterol: 81.5 mg Sodium: 978.4 mg Total Carbs: 12.7 g Dietary Fiber: 1.6 g Sugars: 8.3 g Protein: 24.3 g By MJ (¯`v´¯) Like .`•.¸.•´(¯`v´¯) Share ******.`•.¸.•´(¯`v´¯).
