A parent asks our group: I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter SPD, she does not sleep through the night, maybe a handful of times since birth. We have tried the nighttime music and she sleeps with a weighted blanket. These things seem to help a little but I an still seeing her at least twice a night. She has recently stopped eating dinner, for no reason I can see, she will no longer sit with us or actually eat at dinner time. I am seeing her more than usual now and I think it is because she is hungry. She will only drink milk from a bottle and that is what she wants when she gets up. I have tried weining from the bottle but it simply is a no go for her. If anyone has any sleep tips I would really appreciate them. The lack of sleep combined with the hectic days we have makes me one tired momma!
