A parent shares with our group: ad my first negative comments about my sons SPD this weekend. They were he doesnt look like he has something wrong with him, he looks normal, what could possibly be wrong with him(cue condescending looks) and SPD is something Kim made up in her head from a coworker of mine. I wanted to respond to the first one by saying you dont look stupid on the outside, but that doesnt mean you arent I finally got up the courage to talk about our sons diagnosis openly with more than just our parents and this is the crap I get. Maybe I should just keep it to ourselves and our parents.
