A pious and loving man, Frank James Barich, has departed this life as he had the Daily Missal read to him; may he rest in peace and may his memory be eternal. Few men have so shaped the person I am today and, while I would be overcome with sadness, I learned just as we began to sing Lauds at Vigil tonight, which gave me great comfort. Now, with such a consolation, it is time to grieve. Vječnaja Pamjat! Requiescat in pace!
