A platoon leader with the 82nd airborne division of the U.S. Army is in prison for murder. This murder was committed in Afghanistan on patrol during a deployment. Three men were riding towards the patrol on a motorcycle. This man ordered his men to shoot the suspects. One of the men killed and another injured were CONFIRMED Taliban soldiers who were responsible for MULTIPLE I.E.D.(improvised explosive device) explosions that killed NUMEROUS Americans. The man that was injured was shot in the arm and was taking to a military hospital where he was treated and released. It was later discovered during an interception of communications that they were relaying information to Taliban soldiers to the location of the Americans. The U.S. has released ELEVEN known Taliban soldiers recently. ELEVEN. Were releasing terrorists and yet were locking up an American soldier for not only doing his job but protecting his life as well as the life of his fellow soldiers and our freedom. America has gone to hell people. We might as well tuck our head between our legs and kiss our asses goodbye.
