A prominent U.S.-born right-wing activist was seriously wounded in a drive-by shooting Wednesday night outside the Menachem Begin Heritage Center in Jerusalem. It was not immediately clear whether the shooting was a terrorist act. Police said they were investigating all possibilities. The wounded man has been identified as Yehuda Glick, a spokesman for Israeli groups advocating greater Jewish access to the Temple Mount. Glick was shot by a gunman on a motorcycle opened fire about an hour after the close of a conference about the significance of the Temple Mount that took place at the Begin Center. He is being treated at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. This is a developing story.
