A prophet is one who speaks the Word of God (Jesus Christ). The knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ when reciprocated back to the Father of Light is acceptable as charity for the edification and growth of the other saints when we offer up sacrifice in the assembly. Sacrifice of self is a defiled offering and not acceptable to God but the truth which is in Christ alone (gospel knowledge) is pure and pleasing to Him for reciprocation of sacrifice at the new covenant altar which has been erected in the heart (soul) of each priest for spiritual worship. Jesus Christ is the very love of our great God expressed to us in bodily form. It is for this reason that we do offer Christ alone back to the Father in reciprocation of praise. When the conscience is satisfied with the imagination, it then becomes a law for the principle of man to work with. This is called wickedness, being the deceitfulness of sin (Heb.3:13).
