A quick update on my knee 10 days post op.. Got cleared yesterday to begin big boy therapy to rebuild strength. Flexibility is actually now better than in my good leg. Just need to eliminate a little swelling as I strengthen it. I asked the Doctor when i could go backpacking and he said 4 weeks! Watched the video of the Surgery. I had a torn piece of meniscus that would lie someone in place although when I did certain movements would fold under and cost me pain and swelling. Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers.
