A sad day in Aggieland: May 14, 2014 Howdy Ags, We are saddened to inform you that, on May 8th, 2014, in San Antonio, our Classmate, James Thomas “Tom” Leopold passed away. Tom is survived by his wife, Deborah, and his three children, Cali 11, James Thomas, II 14, Sterling, and step-son, Travis Gruendler. During his years at A&M, Tom was an F1 Fighter, and he served on Corps Staff, and the Ross Volunteers, in his Junior and Senior years. After graduating from Texas A&M, Tom was a successful financial advisor for 30-years. A memorial service for Tom will be on Thursday, May 15th (tomorrow), at 4:00 p.m., at the University Methodist Church, in San Antonio. If you are inclined to make a gesture on Tom’s behalf, his family has suggested making a donation to the Association of Former Students, the Corps of Cadets Association, or the Ross Volunteers Association—any or all of which will appreciate your condolence.
