A senior Al-Shabaab commander who was arrested in Kenya this week is set to be extradited to Mogadishu. Somali information minister said Saturday. Hassan Hanafi Haji was arrested on Sunday in Nairobis Eastleigh estate while seeking treatment for injuries he sustained in Somalia. Haji doubles up as a Somali journalist and is wanted by Somalias government for killing fellow journalists. Somalia has requested that Kenya hand Mr Hanafi over to face trial. Kenyan police officials have declined to comment on the arrest.
