A short-lived hope Yesterday, six independent organisations (Election Commission, National Anti-Corruption Commission, Office of the Ombusman, National Human Rights Commission, the State Audit Commission, and National Economic and Social Advisory Council) have come up with a peaceful exit plan. This was for both side to draft 10 neutral candidates. It would then be narrowed down to five individuals who will initiate peacetalks. Looking good!! Well, too bad this is rejected by the mighty Suthep. Of course, negotiating is not part of his plan. Argh back to square one!
