A short story for all. I will get to finishing it one of these days. Just thought I would get it out there. Enjoy! On it A younger American man Bill, Cleans and does chores for a retired Egyptian ordinace expert, Himsat Belhieves; spending their free time togather listening and trying to fix old radios when they stumble across a low frequency transmission. Himsat records the repeating set of beeps, dots etc... He notices it repeats three times. Bill sets up his computer to also record this strange code. 1300 other individuasl around the world also hear and record this signal. More than sixty five percent of them translate the same meaning- Demons Arrival followed by coordinates, dates and times Many of these people are scared and feel the inexcusable need to develop a way to stop this from happening! The longitude and latitudes in the signal (coordinates) are World treasured Historic Statues all over the Earth. A program Bill has in his immense computer allows him to mirror bounce a signal giving him acces to ip addresses, making him aware of their translation and plans to destroy these statues before they turn into Demons! Who does he take this information to? Himsat is dead set on visiting one or two sights. What he and they believe in Bills mind is in need of a solid explanation. Himsat has readied himself and is heading to the closest sight. Stopping at the door he turns to Bill and says dont wait up! Bill alone with his thoughts, wandering about looks at thie full translation and seeing that the first location as well as 7 others are on the same day 14 in thirteen days, and the remaining twenty six in another 13 days. He calls his Uncle Pete who will know who to go with all this. He explains it out as Pete patiently lets him go end to end. After Bill gets it all out and calms down a little Uncle Pete says “Bill go no where I will call you back”. He hangs up and Bill eagerly awaits his call. An hour and a half later Uncle Pete and a well dressed man accompanied by two very large men are at Bills door. Bill lets them in is introduced to Mr. G and explains everything and shows him his programs and findings. Mr. G excuses himself outside to make a call. When he returns he tells Bill all things connected to your findings must be confiscated imediately! Having not much say in the matter looking to Uncle Pete in a confused look sees him calm and steady. He follows his lead. As the men exit his house with computers, notes and memory sticks Mr.G says Bill no one can know about this, and eventually you will get your belonings back. A few days later Knowing the first sights are to change in a week. Bill greets Himsat tells him what he did. He had to. Himsat seems un deterred and tells him he understands, but the world needs protecting and will make sure at any cost he will stop the Demons. Mr. G reports his findings to his boss and is invited to a Military breifing. They start the meeting with Demons arrival and how do they deal with this leak? Level with the few people and tell them The Demon is a high performance flying vehicle and the coordinates are its landmarks for test flight capabilities? We have one hell of an operation to clean this mess up! The obvious decision maker stands and calmly states”by any means take care of this”!
