A snippet of my bicep session yesterday, Ive been really lax with my arms lately so thought Id up the anti and train with the boys! What youre seeing is my 5th and final set of 21s so its 7 bottom halves, 7 top halves and 7 full range. This session is a must do if you want to feel a mega burn! Full session: 5x20 Lat pull with a straight bar Super-set 5x: 20 barbell upright row (overhand grip) 20 standing bicep cable curl Super-set 5x: 30 seconds of bicep pull up ups 30 seconds seated bench curls 30 seconds hammer curls 5x 21s WARM DOWN AND STRETCH!
