A trail race of epic proportions today! The Jim Bridger Trail Run was full of down trees, rivers, steep mtn running, mud galore, hail, thunderstorms, and randomly frigid June temperatures. I hiked the trail before the race because of an unfortunate sprained ankle thats not quite ready for rock hopping, but cheering reminded me that I LOVE RUNNERS! Congrats Erika Flowers, Andy Newell, and Emily Allison!!
