A valuable lesson Ive learned from my trainer Darnell Jones in strength training, you must handle your body weight. See as we get older we lose 5 to 7 pounds of muscle every decade after 20 years of age. I appreciate the journey I am on for it shows me how much my mind must first be conditioned to approach my training properly to get the BEST results. I encourage you to get in the gym and live the good life in fitness today
