A very good Sunday morning my most glorious family! A cool, wet beautiful autumn morning has been offered us this Sabbath to which I smile big and say Thank You Triumphant God. I pray that everyone is doing well and have to admit Ive missed yall but my Papa God and I have been conversing and fellowshipping for the past few days. This morning I would like to honor Him and share with yall verses found in Hebrews 4: 7 & 12: Therefore before God again set a certain day, calling it Today, when a long time later He spoke through David, as was said before: Today if you her His voice, do not harden your hearts. (12) For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing the soul ad spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. I have to be honest with you family, this was not the verses I thought I was to write about this morning, but was guided to these particular verses which means that Im to elaborate on them so here it goes. We all can be great lawyers at times. If there is a thought we have to convey, a desire the heart craves or even a materialistic item we want, we can argue until were blue in the face why we need said thought, desire or item. For the most part weve created ourselves to be creatures of instantaneous gratification. Well even get our Precious Papa God involved by wheeling and dealing our way with him saying, Lord please let things go my way as You know Ive been good and deserve it. And through His most generous and loving actions, our Father grants us those favors we prayed for. Then in return God may call upon us not directly but through the souls and situations we are put in. It may be a homeless person asking for some change, it may be sitting with a group of friends and someone says something totally inappropriate, it may be someone who is coming to you with a problem. What do we do? Do we pretend not to see the homeless, do we laugh at what is being said so as people can see were cool, do we hide thinking we have enough problems of our own without someone else pouring out their hearts to us? My family if our Papa God is calling out to you, heed His precious voice. Sometimes people may think Im not good enough to help our Father. Oh yes you are!!! A wonderful creation we each are and we each have the heart to prove it should we choose to do so. Our God does call us, and knows us. Its even written that He knows how many hairs we have on our heads, so why not use each of us as He sees fit. He has already done that with the lives were each in charge of and if you stop and count how many lives each of us touch, youve got to admit that our Papa God certainly does have a lot of trust in us. I love the words in verse 12 that states, For the word of God is living and active. We are the word of God my divine family. We are His mouth to spread the word of His powerful and undying love for us. We are his hands and feet to reach out and help those who need to see Papa Gods love reflecting in us. We are more loved by our Heavenly Father than anyone else will ever love us. Why not return precious love to a most Precious Father whose every thought includes us? My family today if you hear His voice, what will you do? Listen closely as you read this post because the Sweetest Voice is calling each of our names and asking us never to forsake Him. So I say as long as there is life in our bodies and souls, let us never forget who makes it all possible. My family, my heart truly soars as Im back with yall. Have a simple yet powerful day which it will be when you count your blessings and make it your day.
