A very smart guy turns up late for work, so his boss calls him into his office. Boss: Nick why are you late? Nick: Sorry sir but every one keeps stopping me, to talk to me! Boss: Every? why would every one stop you, to talk to you, you dont know every one Nick: I do Boss: Do you know Britney Spears? Nick: Yes of course I do Boss: Prove it So Nick punches in a number and Britney answers as the boss listens. Boss: That could be any one Nick: It was Britney, honestly I know every one Boss: Ok. Do you know Tom Cruise? Nick: Of course I do Boss: Prove it Nick again punches in a mobile number and Tom Cruise answers. They have a long conversation and then Nick says bye. Boss: I still dont believe you Nick: But sir I do know everyone, what do I have to do to prove it? Boss: Do you know the Pope? Nick: Of course I do Boss: Prove it Nick again dials a number. Boss: No. no. Prove it in person. Nick: Ok. So Nick and his boss go to Rome and the Pope is standing on the balcony. Nick waves at the Pope and the Pope then waves back at him. Boss: He could be waving at any one Nick: Fine Ill go up and see him So Nick goes up to the balcony, shakes the Popes hand and they both wave to his boss. Nick comes back down to see his boss completely stunned. Nick: I told you I know the Pope. Boss: Oh, its not that, while you were up there shaking the Popes hand, a man came up to me and said Whos that guy with Nick?
